We conceived a new fast-casual restaurant roll-out concept for a New York City purveyor centered around gourmet steak sandwiches. Simple, warm authentic materials frame an inviting, efficient, modern interior experience. Plank oak flooring is used throughout on floors, walls, for lighting, etc., and gaps in the planking become a design strategy throughout.
