We collaborated with local firm, Mark Odom Studio, Legacy Real Estate Development, and ARA to envision a transformative development for Block 16 and Block 18 in East Austin, Texas, that harmonizes with the city’s vibrant music and arts scene while addressing the challenges and opportunities of socio-economic changes, including gentrification. Our ambitious plan seeks to enrich the community by offering affordable housing, supporting local culture and businesses, and enhancing public spaces, all underpinned by a commitment to long-term durability and sustainability.
