Being asked to design and oversee the gut renovation of a 2,000 SF floor-through loft for a young filmmaker, AiF envisioned a true live-work space for our client. The inclusion of humble materials, unexpected pops of color and 3D art help fuse the home with an overall sense of openness and calm, while still being visually interesting.
